How Live Event Personalization Works
Live personalization turns a giveaway into a moment — guests watch their name or your logo appear on the spot, then take the finished piece home.
The three stations
Live engraving. Names, initials or custom text can be engraved onto selected products on-site.
Live heat press. Designs and branded patches are pressed onto tote bags or selected merchandise live, so guests can choose and personalise their own piece.
Coffee printing. Logos, artwork or names can be printed onto coffee where technically appropriate, creating an interactive branded touchpoint.
What you need on-site
- Space: roughly a 2×2m area per station.
- Power: access to a standard power point.
- Setup: our crew arrives early and typically needs 30–45 minutes before doors open.
Timing & crowd
Live personalization is booked by duration — commonly a half day or full day — and throughput depends on the item and design. For busy activations we plan station count and flow so guests aren't left waiting. Live experiences start from around RM1,200 per event; final pricing depends on setup, duration and quantity.
What guests can personalise
Tumblers, tote bags, leather goods, acrylic pieces and coffee are the most popular — from our range, or items you provide. Send your logo, artwork or event theme in advance and we'll prepare the personalization design so everything is on-brand.
How to plan
